I attended my first gay pride parade in 2006 in Washington DC when I was an intern living on Capitol Hill. A lot has changed in my life since then, but one thing stays the same: I still celebrate PRIDE every single year. In 2014 I started marching in the parade…even one year when Jordan and I got DRENCHED in the type of down pour that never happens in San Diego!
So this year, I wanted to do something extra special for pride. My friends Patricia Barilla and Arin White are involved in San Diego Trans Pride, so I thought we’d put together a box of our favorite pride goodies to benefit this amazing organization.
