Are your products really natural and free of chemicals?
Yes. Our promise to you is that what you buy from us is 100% safe and natural. Our products are made from botanicals, herbs, clays, and natural oils. They are made without GMOs, pesticides, fillers, synthetics, additives, preservatives, parabens, alcohols, tocopherols, gluten, soy, sulfates, fragrances or petroleum based products of any kind.
Do you test on animals?
No; our products are tested on humans.
We never test on animals and our products are 100% cruelty-free. We are certified Cruelty Free by PETA.
Where do you source your materials from?
We source the highest quality ingredients possible from supplies located in the United States. We try to source from other small businesses wherever possible. The majority of our ingredients are organic, but this is not possible 100% of the time.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 6 to 24 months. For maximum shelf life, keep products away from direct sunlight.
What if my product has separation?
Some of our aromatherapy sprays, chakra sprays, and toners contain water and oils. Since the product is natural, some separation may occur. This will not make the product less effective or bad, it is simply a natural result when mixing oil and water.
The probiotic deodorant isn’t working / I am having a reaction to the deodorant
When you finally make the switch to natural deodorant, you will experience a “pit detox” phase. The length of this phase varies for everyone and does not mean your deodorant is not working. Generally, you can expect it to last 2 – 3 weeks. During this phase you can experiences a number of symptoms including, increased sweating, a bit of a funky smell, and even chaffing. This is normal and will pass. Once your pit detox is over, you will smell fresh as a daisy for hours!

Do your products contain any nut oils?
Yes, some of our products contain nut oils:
- Argan Multitasking Oil (contains Argan Oil)
- Beauty Oil (contains Sunflower Oil)
How soon can I expect my order?
UPDATE – FEB 2019: Shipping times are creeping up to 10-14 business days right now. This is temporary and we are working to reduce shipping times.
We typically need 5-7 business days to ship. After that, it depends on which shipping option you chose. Most customers should receive their order within 7 business days of purchase.
However, there are times when we need more time to ship, as we are still a small team. If we have a sales spike (for example, around the Holidays), order processing times may increase to 10-14 business days.
If it’s in that 5 – 7 day window, and you haven’t yet received your tracking number, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the status of your order.

Are your products made in the U.S.?
Yes, all of our products are made in the United States. Our HQ is in San Diego, California and our warehouse is in Grapevine, TX.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at email@example.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
